On November 19 – 22, 2017, thanks to the support of the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics, Prague, five members of the Prague Chapter attended the biggest European Horizons’ European conference organised at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. After a one-day visit of Brussels, all participants attended interesting panel discussions with distinguished guests such as a panel on “Economic Growth in the Information Age” or a discussion about the “Reflections on Cybersecurity in European Politics” with the former Ukrainian president Viktor Yushchenko. Moreover, participants have prepared policy papers during workshops on topics such as Cybersecurity and Cyberdefence, Youth and Entrepreneurship in the EU or Social Integration through Technological Innovation. The best policy papers will be available in the spring issue of the Review of European and Transatlantic Affairs (RETA) which can be found in the library of the University of Economics, Prague as well.
